I called hotels. They said I would be receiving a full refund and I only received partial. They expected me to cancel within 48 hours but how could I do that if I had booked the hotel the same day. I am very disappointed on how hotels. They did not offer me to change to another hotel. Instead I had to use a different site to book a different hotel that night.
I will not be using this site again as they have people working for them who promise customers they will be receiving a full refund and I did not. Do not book through hotels. They charged me Contacted their customer service and they basically told me so what. We just made Never do business with motels. Tried to get help resolving an issue and was given nothing but the runaround for over a month. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau and they finally replied, but their resolution was pathetic.

After 3 hours of trying to get in touch with the Hotels. Everything in the city closed at and we couldn't even buy water for our family, so we ran out of water. In the room, there was no water for our guests 4 stars. After entering the elevator did not work and we were given a room on the top floor and one of the children has a disability and cannot climb stairs.

I booked with hotels. While their customer service is nice, they cannot modify a reservation if a change is needed. I purchased a non-refundable booking and had a change to the number of people on the reservation. Id did not ask for a complete refund, but they could not credit me for the amount already charged, Booking with a hotel directly, would have avoided this problem.

First they couldn't accommodate me after trying to pay them several times for a room I booked a room for a night, when I arrived there was no room reserved under my name therefore I had no room for the night, called customer service and was told to call back in 2 hours because the "system was down" like a whole joke they kept "transferring me around to nobody as they would hang up the phone.

If you check on the app a lot of times it shows no availability and there is! This summer multiple screw ups. Unreliable, horrible and rude customer service. The number is awful! Don't rely on them! Had to cancel my 2 room trip with family due to Covid 19, got refunded a gift card for the same hotel. Tried to use the gift card to buy the two rooms later in the year to be told that this was only allowed for one room. Contacted Hotels. So I now have a useless voucher and Hotels.
Very poor - stay away from this site. This site overcharges but I figured it would lead to a reward night. Little did I realize that after one year your bookings toward that one reward night disappeared if not used. The prices are higher than other sites and these crooks then take away any reward you would have had if not used in a year, so you better have booked 10 nights AND used your reward by then! Don't bother with this site! Talk about fine print!
Awful company. Promised that you could get a voucher if you cancelled your booking due to covid. I cancelled my booking, waited 5 months and today was told I could not get my voucher. Horrendous business practices, useless customer service team and flat out liars. Use one of the other hotel booking sites booking. I paid for a room and received a confirmation number. My son arrived to the hotel at 11pm, and they had no record of his reservation. They told me that Hotels.
My son, who just turned 18, was stuck in the middle of nowhere late at night and the young man at the desk of the Hampton Inn told him he had no record of his reservation and it essentially wasn't his problem.

No help offered on website and they offer a phone number but they will take your call until 72 hours of arrival date. Don't ever use this company to book a reservation. They do not deserve your business!
